Parvathy AI is an AI consulting company and a Parvathy Technologies Pvt. Ltd. company, registered in India and serving clients in India, the USA, Canada, the UK, Australia, New Zealand, the UAE, Singapore and worldwide. Through Parvathy SUBLIME we build websites and apps and run social media marketing; Parvathy ATLAS, for AI agents and workflow automation, is coming soon.

This policy covers visitors to our website, prospective and current clients, and anyone who contacts us. For our website and marketing, Parvathy Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is the data controller. When we handle data inside a system we build or run for a client, the client is usually the controller and we act as its processor under our agreement with that client.

We may collect:

• Contact details: your name, email address, mobile number, company and message, when you use our contact or project forms or email us.
• Project details: your goals, content, brand files, website and hosting access, and the social media account access you grant us to deliver a project.
• Technical data: IP address, browser, device and pages viewed, collected by our hosting provider and, only with your consent, by our analytics.
• Billing details: billing contacts and transaction references. Payment card numbers are handled by our payment provider and never stored on our servers.

• To reply to you, scope your project and send proposals and invoices.
• To build, launch and support your website or web app, and to run your social media marketing.
• To keep our website secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.
• To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
• To send service messages, and marketing only where you have agreed to it.

Some projects use AI services, for example an AI chatbot on your website or AI-assisted drafts of social media posts. Where a project uses them, the relevant content is processed by the AI provider named in your proposal.

AI output can be wrong. We review AI-assisted work before it is published on your behalf. We do not use your proprietary data to train public AI models unless you agree to it in writing.

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on:

• Contract: to deliver what you or your organization asked for.
• Legitimate interests: to secure and improve our website and to reply to business inquiries, balanced against your rights.
• Consent: for analytics cookies and optional marketing. You can withdraw it at any time.
• Legal obligation: to meet tax, accounting and other legal duties.

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with:

• Vercel, which hosts our website and, with your consent, provides analytics and speed measurements.
• Resend, which delivers the emails our forms send to our team.
• The hosting, domain, analytics, AI and social media platforms you ask us to set up or manage for your project, under your own accounts.
• Professional advisors bound by confidentiality, and authorities where the law requires it.

We are registered in India and serve clients in India, the USA, Canada, the UK, Australia, New Zealand, the UAE, Singapore and worldwide. Your data may be processed in India, the United States and other countries where we or our providers operate. Where the law requires it, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

We protect personal information with encryption in transit, access controls limited to the people who need it, secure credential storage and up-to-date software. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If you think your data has been exposed, email us straight away.

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, to resolve disputes and to meet legal requirements. Project data is kept for the life of the engagement and then deleted or handed over on request, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to withdraw consent. Residents of the EU and UK may also complain to their data protection authority. Email us to use these rights; we may need to verify your identity first.

This site sets no cookies of its own. Analytics (Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights) load only after you accept them in the banner, and your choice is saved in your browser's storage. Declining does not affect how the site works. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with Cookie preferences at the bottom of every page.

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. Contact us if you believe we have.

We may update this policy as our services or the law change. We post every update on this page with a new effective date.
